This villa is wonderful! An incredible place with a breathtaking view over beautiful Siena: you can see the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Every corner is beautifully cared for and it is a piece of history. The owner is a truly delightful person with great taste in interior design, and with her decorations she has turned this villa into a museum piece. Her husband showed us around every corner of the house. The villa is beautiful, but they are fantastic and make the experience even better. And the garden is the icing on the cake!

We found the house by chance, as a last-minute solution for New Year’s night. We were welcomed by Elisa and her husband, extremely kind and helpful. With twelve of us, it turned out to be the perfect solution for a group of friends: welcoming shared areas, a large and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Everything is cared for in detail and you really breathe the family’s history.

A dream holiday. Villa Elvira is the perfect base to visit Siena and the surrounding area, for those of us who do not love city noise. The rooms are beautiful with very high ceilings and refined furnishings, and the cleanliness is excellent. We chose the Artemisia apartment as there were several of us, but the owners also showed us the other two, equally beautiful and spacious. I rarely give high marks, I am rather fussy, but this time I feel I can recommend this experience.

I stayed here for an eighteenth birthday. The owners were extremely kind and good fun, and the view over the centre of Siena is splendid. The Cappuccini area is truly a world of its own. The attention to detail is a masterpiece: a retro games area with a jukebox and old arcade machines, a lovely pinball table, and a beautiful swing in the wonderful garden that looks like something out of a film. A dream place.

A villa just outside the historic centre of Siena. A quiet place with parking and a panoramic view. A good option if you are a large group, because the apartments have many bedrooms. If we pass through Siena again, we will come back.
