Ipazia is an independent 80 sqm cottage with a private entrance and a stunning view of the city of Siena, located within the refined Villa Elvira complex, just 3 km from the historic center. Set in one of the most peaceful and scenic residential areas of the city, it is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, nature, and comfort—without giving up proximity to essential services.

Spread over two floors, the cottage offers welcoming and carefully designed spaces. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The entire floor is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Upstairs, the spacious bedroom is enhanced by breathtaking views of the Torre del Mangia and the Duomo. The room is air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed, a single bed, an elegant leather sofa, and a smart TV—perfect for moments of true relaxation.

The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower, bidet, towels, hairdryer, and courtesy set.

Outdoors, the cottage features a private area with sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, table, and chairs—ideal for al fresco dinners or peaceful afternoons reading in the shade. Guests also have access to an on-site parking space within the gated property and a bicycle rack.

Within the villa’s garden, shared with the other two apartments of the complex (when occupied), you’ll find fruit trees and a small vegetable garden: guests are welcome to freely pick seasonal produce, adding an authentic and genuine touch to the Villa Elvira experience.
