The apartment is spread over two levels, with ground floor access and the main living spaces distributed between the first and second floors of the villa. On the first floor, reached via a striking stone staircase, you will find a double bedroom, a quiet study perfect for reading or remote work, a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher), and an elegant living room.
