Artemisia is a private 300 sqm apartment with independent entrance, set inside historic Villa Elvira, just 3 km from the centre of Siena in one of the city’s most beautiful and peaceful residential areas. Surrounded by greenery and with splendid panoramic views over the city, it offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The apartment is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, reached by a dramatic stone staircase, are a double bedroom, a quiet study perfect for reading or working, a large fully equipped kitchen and an elegant drawing room. The latter, furnished with period pieces and fine details, is divided into a dining area and a living area with bar corner, smart TV and access to a private panoramic terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

Also on this floor is one of the four bathrooms, complete with washing machine. The upper floor holds four bedrooms: two doubles, one with a three-quarter bed, and one with a double bed plus a single, for a total of ten beds. Three modern bathrooms finished in high-quality materials complete the floor, along with a small relaxation area with board games and a telescope.

The apartment retains original 1930s furnishings and fine woodwork, in perfect harmony with the historic soul of the villa. The surrounding garden, shared with the other two apartments, is an oasis of calm with fruit trees, a small seasonal vegetable garden available to guests, shaded corners and sun loungers.

Private parking for three cars and a bicycle rack are available. Four bedrooms are air-conditioned, while portable fans are provided for the other rooms. Every check-out is followed by thorough sanitisation.
