Dianora is a private 140 sqm apartment with an independent entrance, located within the prestigious Villa Elvira complex, just 3 km from Siena’s historic center. Nestled in one of the city’s most beautiful and peaceful residential areas, it offers absolute tranquility without sacrificing the convenience of essential services, all easily accessible on foot or by car.

The apartment has two entrances: one through the villa’s main door, which leads directly into the spacious living room via an elegant shared hallway, and a second independent access from the external portico, close to the private parking area, with direct entry into the kitchen.

The bright and spacious kitchen, furnished in solid wood, perfectly matches the architectural style of the villa, designed in the early 1900s by the Sienese architect Vittorio Mariani. It is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils.

The living room, tastefully decorated and enriched with antique furniture, features an original artwork by a renowned Sienese artist who once lived in the villa, adding extra charm to the residence. From here, you can access the two bedrooms, both overlooking the garden.

The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, while portable fans are available for the other rooms. Cleaning and sanitization are carried out with the utmost care after each check-out, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

The two bathrooms, finished in marble, include shower and bathtub, bidet, courtesy set, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Outdoors, the private area features a charming loggia overlooking the villa’s garden, furnished with a large wooden table and benches—perfect for outdoor dining and convivial moments. A barbecue, sun loungers, a private parking space, and a bicycle rack complete the outdoor amenities. Guests are also welcome to pick seasonal fruit and fresh vegetables from the small shared garden.

The apartment is for exclusive use, while the villa’s garden is a shared space with the other two apartments in the complex, when occupied.
